Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Changwon District Court on February 7, 2018, and is currently pending in the appellate court trial after being sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years.

[2] Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the Megatop clop (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) issued a philophone to B with approximately 0.07 g of a philopon from the mutual influence in the Hongcheon-dong, Busan, the Defendant issued a philopon.

2. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On March 2017, the Defendant purchased and sold 00,000 won from B within the Defendant’s passenger car capacity, which was parked in D neighboring area in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si, and purchased and sold 0.37g Handphones.

B. On April 2017, the Defendant purchased and sold 00,000 won from B at the same place as above, and purchased and sold 0.37g Handphones.

On June 11, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold a penphone with approximately KRW 500,000,000 from a name-free person, who became aware of through “G” through a smartphone-making fluor, located in the counter E of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant purchased and sold a penphone with approximately 0.35 g of a penphone.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 2017, the Defendant administered philophones in a way of injecting Francheon-dong, Busan, with B, putting a large amount of bitphones into a single-use injection machine with B, dilution with water, and injection with arms.

B. On May 15, 2018, at around 11:30, the Defendant administered phiphonephones in a way to put the phiphones into coffee with J at the house of J located in the H building I of Busan L. The Defendant administered phiphones in a way to put them into coffee.

On June 11, 2018, the Defendant administered a philophone in a way that puts off a philophone on the coffee at the window of Changwon-si, 22:20 on June 11, 2018.

The defendant, on June 14, 2018, shall be the Busan Sil-gu around 12:30.
