Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, from July 25, 2016 to August 31, 2016, the Defendant sold or stored for the purpose of sale the total amount of KRW 7,434,74kg, total sum of KRW 46,095,388, by mixing 3,717.37kgs in Germany with 50:50 on the domestic swine spawn, which is an agricultural product indicating the origin of the Republic of Korea, from Y-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 2016 to 31, 2016.

2. Defendant B, a director, committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business.
