Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “C Jeong-si” shop B in Silung-si.

No one shall falsely indicate the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith, sell agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof with the place of origin disguised, or sell agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof with the place of origin labeling mixed with other agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof, or store or display them for sale.

1. From July 11, 2017 to July 25, 2017, the Defendant falsely marked the origin at the above refined landing point, and from 100 g of 409.30 km of Mexico pigs for KRW 320 per 100 g (total sales amount: 1,309,760) by indicating the origin as domestic acid.

2. On July 22, 2017, from around August 29, 2017 to August 29, 2017, the Defendant sold at the above refined meat points, and at 320 won per 100g (total sales amount: 1,543,145 won) of the bones of U.S. A pigs, for the purpose of indicating the origin as domestic acid, the Defendant falsely marked the origin.

3. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant kept at the above static meat store for the purpose of selling 7.627 km of U.S. swine, under the country of origin disguisedly.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
