Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months and by a fine of twenty thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

From September 16, 2013, the Defendant is a person who operated the respective meat by-products sales business in the name of “E” in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and in the name of “G” from April 3, 2015 to April 3, 2015.

No one shall sell agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof labeled as the country of origin disguised, sell such products mixed with other agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof, or store or display such products for sale.

Nevertheless, the Defendant abused the fact that it is difficult to distinguish the imported pigs from the domestic cattle pets if he operates about 40% of the imported pigs with a little of 40% of the domestic cattle pets, thereby attempting to sell the imported swine pets in the Seoul metropolitan area by mixing them with the domestic cattle pets at a cooling place, by mixing them with the domestic cattle pets, from a chilling place, and by pretending them with the domestic acid, and on January 2, 2016, at the above G office, the Defendant sold them to the “I” restaurant located in Suwon-si H, Suwon-si, the Defendant sold them after mixing 36 km of the imported swine pets to be supplied to the “I” shop located in Suwon-si, and on September 6, 2016, sold them by mixing 2,016, 167 g of the imported swine pets by mixing them with 15 km in the same way as in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold agricultural and fishery products with the country of origin labeling mixed with other agricultural and fishery products.
