Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On May 11, 2017, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products and a fine of 20 million won in October, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 19, 2017.
