Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on February 21, 2018, and completed the execution of the said sentence on August 8, 2018.

Around 17:00 on July 7, 2019, the Defendant stated that “I am at the C Community Center held in Gwangju-si B, and that I am “I am at the age of 69” to “I am at the age of 10,” and that I am at the time of dispute, while I am at dispute, I am at the end, and am at the ambro, I am at the face, and got the victim over the ground by taking her face over the ground, and caused the victim to inflict an injury, such as the right-side bed and tension, which requires treatment for about two weeks.

Around 20:15 on October 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the victim, including assaulting the victim, i.e., assaulting the victim for about 10 days in need of medical treatment, i.e., the victim F (the age of 71) who observed a dispute over the Defendant’s daily behaviors; (b) the victim’s body was frightened; (c) the victim’s body was frightened; (d) the victim’s body was frightened; and (e) the victim’s body was frightened by drinking; and (e) the victim was frightened for about 10 days.
