A is the starting point of the victim E (A, the age of 28), and the defendant B is the husband of the above victim (the husband of the above victim's marriage report on March 19, 2012, and the current divorce lawsuit).

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2013. 8. 10. 16:45경 서울 성북구 F에 있는 피고인의 집에서, 다른 가족들이 모두 출근하여 아무도 없는 사이 며느리인 위 피해자와 대화를 하던 중 갑자기 피해자의 얼굴을 양손으로 잡아당긴 후 “너만 보면 키스하고 싶어, 혀 줘”라고 말하며 피해자의 입술과 오른쪽 귀를 혀로 핥아 친족관계에 있는 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

2. Defendant B

A. On September 3, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim on September 3, 2013, on the ground that the victim was absent from his/her religion at the office of the Defendant located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, on the ground that he/she was living in his/her religion, on September 3, 2013, on the ground that he/she had talked with the victim, such as “I can die by a boat or boat,” “I amnese,” and “I am”, on the ground that he/she was taking a serious bath about the victim’s head on the second occasion and twice by the floor of the victim.

B. On November 9, 2013, around 15:00 on November 9, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the following grounds: (a) on the grounds that the victim was absent from a religion at the above Defendant’s house; (b) the victim was punished for a serious breath; and (c) the victim was able to take a bath to the victim; (d) on the hand floor, the victim was blicked once on the part of the victim’s left part; and (e) twice on the part of the victim’s head.
