Punishment of the crime
Around 15:05 on June 13, 2016, the Defendant 2016, the Defendant 1933 obstructed the gathering of crops by force of the victim on the ground that the victim and the Defendant were performing the procedure for completing the registration of ownership transfer of the said farm and for filing a claim for the delivery of movable property on the part of the victim and the Defendant, on the blue farm operated by the victim D (68 S) in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2016.
