Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2012, the defendant reported marriage with the victim B (n, 25 years of age) on December 31, 2012, and now is under separate occupation.

At around 10:00 on February 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the hand floor, on the ground that the Defendant’s house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, divided the dialogue with the victim, reported the marriage with the victim, and did not reflect on the victim’s debt; (b) on the part of the Defendant’s house, the Defendant met the victim’s right-hand click with the victim, and put the victim into an external wound, internal autopsy, which requires two-day medical treatment.
