On December 12, 2012, at around 23:49, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol content 0.116%, and driven 4km from the front side of the upstream Dong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul to the front side of the Gangseo-gu 639-dong, Gangseo-gu.
