The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.083%, driven on November 20, 2012, at approximately 150 meters from the head of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office to the 639-way route of the same Gu, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu Office from the head of Gangseo-gu to the same Gu, Gangseo-gu Office.
