Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2012, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven a 200-meter B K5 vehicle from the street in front of the village of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the street in front of the same 639 street while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.119%.
