Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 31, 2012, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.116% without a vehicle driver’s license on December 31, 2012, the Defendant was driving a vehicle with a 1km B Ap-p-p-p-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-k-h-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k

2. As the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document was discovered by drinking driving at the same time and place as indicated in paragraph (1), the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document presented the driver’s license under D, a person who was requested by the slope C belonging to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station, to present an identification card, as if he was his driver’s license.

3. On December 31, 2012, around 23:15, the Defendant forged a private document by stating “D” in the driver’s column of “C” at the traffic safety guidance office of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Police Station, and arbitrarily unmanneds onto the driver’s column. The Defendant forged the document in a manner of arbitrarily unmanneds on the side of the document after entering “D” in the statement column of “D” in the statement column of “D”.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as described in Paragraph 3, exercised each of the forged “propon driver’s circumstantial statement”, as described in Paragraph 3, by submitting a written confirmation of “proponance” to Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station Assistant C, which may know of the fact, respectively.
