Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2016, around 22:41, the Defendant was discovered to police officers in the vicinity of cultural bridge located in 808-263, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, due to the violation of signals or directions, and received a notice of penalty payment.

In order to escape from driving without a driver's license due to lack of a driver's license in the course of issuing a notice of payment of penalties, the Defendant provided the victim B's name and resident registration number to a traffic police officer, and received the said notice in the victim's name, and used the other person's resident registration number unlawfully.
