Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a foreigner of his nationality, also installed a credit card reproduction machine and CCTV during the cash withdrawal machine B and C, a foreigner of his nationality, and planned to withdraw cash by using a credit card after forging the credit card. The Defendant, in collusion with B and C, forged five credit cards in the name of five, including G, and knew of the passwords at a time and place in an irregular manner, using the credit card information identified by the above method, at a time and place, and then withdrawn KRW 734,339,00 in cash owned by the victim H bank holding the victim, using one credit card in the name of H bank ATM equipment, which was forged on June 13, 2015, around 13:23, 2015, using one copy of the credit card in the name of G, which was forged, and then used five copies of the credit card forged on 12 occasions, such as one copy of the list of crimes, and total 7,777.
