Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 2015, the Defendant discovered a method of forging another person’s credit card information using a credit card reproduction device sold at Amaman-based.com site, which he/she became aware of through the Internet website, using the same credit card server sold at Amaman-based. The Defendant was willing to purchase and sell high-priced cell phones, etc. using forged credit cards.
1. Around November 20, 2015, the Defendant violated the Credit Card Specialized Credit Financial Business Act under the above Article deleted the information of the existing credit card C, which had been located in the Defendant’s residence in Seongbuk-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Seoul, by using a credit card reproduction. The Defendant forged three credit cards in the name of another person from around November 25, 2015, including forging 1 copy of the credit card issued in the name of E (F) BC card issued by the aforementioned “C” through the mobile phone Meet, and forging 3 copies of the credit card issued in the name of another person from around that time to November 25, 2015.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged credit cards on three occasions.
2. Around November 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased home appliances from the victim H management I located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) obtained false statements from the victim by presenting the victim as if he was a credit card duly issued; (c) obtained a delivery of KRW 368,00 of the market price of the SSS card from the victim; and (d) until November 25, 2015, until November 13:10, 2015, the Defendant was issued KRW 2,744,00 won in total over the market price over seven occasions, as indicated in the list No. 8 and No. 9 of the crime day list No. 2,74,000; and (c) refused to obtain approval of the credit card amount of KRW 1,92,00 through two times, such as the list No. 8 and No. 9.
Accordingly, the defendant makes false statements to the victims and belongs to them.
