Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants of 2015 Ma 6096 decided to forge a credit card by using a credit card reproduction device with the Ma, D, and C, which became known to the society, and to obtain money by using it. Defendant B shared the role of financing and disposal of precious metals purchased, Defendant A shared the charge of forging a credit card and purchase of precious metals, and Defendant D and C shared the role of purchasing precious metals.
1. On February 2, 2015, the Defendants: (a) expressed that the news of middle school students who forged and used a credit card using a credit card reproduction by reporting the news of middle school students using the credit card; (b) purchased funds necessary for committing a crime; (c) Defendant A purchased a large-scale vehicle F to use for committing a crime; (d) purchased a credit card reproduction and an official credit card via the Internet; and (d) shared the role of reducing customers’ credit card information by engaging in a disguised employment in singing, etc.
