Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired with male and female from the Republic of China, and vice versa, and Defendant A sent a card reproduction to ATM apparatus’s e-mail to the ATM apparatus’s e-mail. Defendant B sent a video recorded in CCTV camera to the shotcheon where ATM device is installed. Defendant B sent a video recorded in the CCTV to the e-mail of a deceased box. Defendant B, while installing a card reproduction and CCTV camera, was able to operate a computer of Defendant A in a remote way after Defendant A connected the card reproduction to the Internet, and then Defendant B was able to bring the information stored in the card reproduction box and forge Defendant A’s e-mail.

1. Defendant A

A. From February 1, 2015 to February 22:32 to 22:38, the Defendant prepared forgerys, such as a credit card, etc., by attaching a copy of the card supplied by a person who is not his/her name, to the ATM machine input, within the 278 SJtech-ro 278 SJtech-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, with the aim of forging another person’s credit card.

B. For the purpose of forging another person’s credit card, the Defendant: (a) installed a card reproduction machine and CCTV camera in the same place between February 2, 2015 and February 21:43 to 21:48; and (b) prepared forgerys, such as credit cards, by verifying whether installed card reproduction equipment and CCTV camera are operated.

C. For the purpose of forging another person’s credit card, etc., the Defendant installed a card reproduction machine and CCTV camera in the same place between February 3, 2015 and February 20:09 through 20:12, and installed a card reproduction machine and CCTV camera in the same manner, and installed card reproduction equipment and CCTV.
