A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act, shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authorities;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the above Gohap, without justifiable grounds, even though he/she purchased and took over 3 million won in the Dodong Park, which is located in the Dodong-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Seoul, by purchasing from his/her name in the name in B at around July 2015 the Dodong Park, which is registered in B.

2. No one shall use any forged motor vehicle registration number plate;

Nevertheless, the Defendant purchased a car with theme as above at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, and thereafter became aware that the registration number plate of the vehicle was manufactured in plastics and that it was forged by the winners of the name. However, the Defendant operated the instant car with the registration number plate attached to the vehicle with theme attached to the aboveme, from that time until December 24, 2015, from that time, up to December 24, 2015.

In this respect, the defendant exercised a registration number plate, which is a forged air.

3. No owner of a motor vehicle who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 22:00 on December 24, 2015, the Defendant, who was not covered by mandatory insurance from the Defendant’s place of residence in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to the roads in front of the park tunnel, located in the central Dong of Jung-gu, Jungwon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.
