A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 5, 2016, the Defendant illegally used air hographing car registration number plates, which are air hosping by attaching Chosp hosp plate to the front part of Chosp hosp hosp hosp, at the Defendant’s house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and attaching Chosp hosp plate to the front part of Chosp hosp

2. From the office of the defendant in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on June 7, 2016 to the same month, around 07:00 on June 7, 2016.

8. Around 09:40, at around 09:40, the Plaintiff exercised the air units illegally used by driving Done Star, with C’s registration number plate attached, up to the road 2167, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-do.

3. No owner of a motor vehicle who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not subscribe to automobile mandatory insurance,

A. On June 7, 2016, around 07:00, the Defendant’s house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Dongdaemun-gu from around 16:00 on the same day to the mutual influence located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-do, Gyeonggi-do, for approximately 20km to the mutual influence;

B. Around June 8, 2016, around 09:40, around 09:40, the company run D Starex from the mutual influence in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-do to the roads 2167, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Gyeonggi-do.
