A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and father of the victim B(8).

1. On May 15, 2012, the Defendant committed emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of a child by putting the victim’s clothes off and panty claty clad with all the clothes of the victim out of the said dwelling area and setting up about 10 minutes after putting the victim out of the said dwelling area, on the grounds that the damaged person, at around 22:30 on the Gyeongdo-si, Gyeongdo-si, Gyeongdo-si, Gyeongdo-si, Gyeongdo-si, 202, imposed punishment by not hearing the horses of the Defendant.

2. 3. On August 2, 2015, the Defendant committed physical abuse against a child by assaulting the victim’s head at one time as the victim’s head was satise and knife at the corridor of the Gyeongbuk University Hospital located in the Daegu Metropolitan City, Daegu, on a one-time basis, when the victim’s head was satise and knife the victim’s satise and knife at the victim’s head, and then causing damage to the child’s body, health and development.

4. On April 2, 2017, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) committed physical abuse on the ground that the victim took a sick room and corridor in the E Hospital 3’s ward located in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeongdo; (b) placed the victim’s head, etc. in several times according to the strings of metal materials; (c) committed an act of physical abuse in which the victim’s body was damaged or the physical health and development of the body was damaged, at the same time.
