Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, it is against the Defendants for 2 years from the date of the conclusion of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the father of the victim C(n, 8 years of age), and the defendant B is the mother of the victim.

1. Defendant A

A. On September 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed physical abuse on the ground that the victim was sleeped in D Apartment E’s residence; (b) on the ground that the victim was sleeped to the slick B, the Defendant committed an act of physical abuse against the victim’s body by 10 times at the beginning of the body of the victim; and (c) by doing so.

B. At around 18:00 on April 7, 2020, the Defendant committed physical abuse that damages to a child’s body or damages the physical health and development of a child, by putting the front part of the victim’s body in a brush with both hands, and putting the victim’s house up at a long time.

C. On May 20, 2020, the Defendant committed physical abuse against the victim, on the ground that the victim stolen an object from his/her Neow, on the floor of his/her hand, and on the ground that he/she stolened the object from his/her Neow, he/she tried to injure the body of the victim, or injure the physical health and development of the body by making his/her her m/ her malbb

2. Defendant B

A. On March 2020, the Defendant committed physical abuse against the victim’s body or harm to physical health and development of body by putting about 10 times the floor of the victim’s hand out of the bar on the ground that the victim had teared and fallen string in the above residence.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1(b), committed physical abuse that may inflict physical harm on a child or harm the physical health and development of a child by cutting the victim’s hair to the upper part of the body of the victim’s head satis and cutting the victim’s head satis, and cutting the victim’s head satis in a short sports-type place, on the part of the victim’s head satis.

C. On May 4, 2020, the Defendant neglected to study the victim’s book within his/her residence on May 4, 2020.
