1. The punishment of the defendant shall be determined by six months;

2. Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The defendants are children B (16 years of age) and C (6 years of age), who are children.

1. Around November 2013, the Defendant committed physical abuse against a child by making a shower B’s head at a shower B, on the grounds that the Defendant’s dwelling bath located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, was returned back later to his school, thereby impairing the child’s body or impairing the physical health and development.

2. On July 2015, the Defendant committed physical abuse against C, on the ground that 1.5 liters collected an empty pest, thereby causing a child’s physical injury, or undermining physical health and development, on the ground that she did not drink boomed at the Defendant’s residence located in Jinjin-si, Sinjin-si, without drinking boomed at the Defendant’s house located in E, and that she flowed from the head of C corresponding thereto.

3. On December 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) collected plastic materials from B on the ground that he/she made a false statement at the place specified in paragraph (2) on the ground that he/she did so; (b) thereby, he/she committed physical abuse that may injure the child’s body, or that may injure the physical health and development of the body.

4. The Defendant, at the place specified in Paragraph 2 of the early 2016, committed physical abuse that damages to the body of a child or harms the physical health and development of a child by making a single crocum felb, on the ground that he did not drink a breab but makes a false boom at the place.

5. On June 21, 2016, from around 19:00 to around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) prevented the Defendant from cutting off B’s two arms on the ground that he did not drink at the place specified in paragraph (2); and (b) caused the Defendant to commit physical abuse to the child’s body or to injure the physical health and development of the body by having the two buckbucks on the left side at least ten occasions.
