Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) from around 23:30 on June 2, 201 to around 00:30 on the following day, the Defendant: (b) provided 52 copies of the card in the Defendant’s residence, C, D, E, and F using 52 card; (c) provided 7 copies of each of the card; (d) attached the same number to the same card or pattern with the same number of continuous numbers to the floor; or (e) provided that all of the cards with the same number of the card or pattern with continuous numbers are discarded to the floor; (c) was the winner; and (d) provided 1,000 to 4,000 won per board with the order of priority to the winner, and aids and abets the Defendants by providing the card with gambling.
