1. 2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On August 24, 2013, at around 00:47, the Defendant: (a) moved a taxi operated by the victim, whose name cannot be known at the same place as that of paragraph (1) to a vice-Dong-dong in Daejeon, Daejeon; (b) as seen above, the Defendant paid KRW 7,080 by presenting the NAC’s debit card to the victim as if the Defendant was a debit card and signing it on the sales slip.
B. At around 00:48 on the same day, the Defendant received alcoholic beverages, etc. at E-cafeterias operated by the victim with no knowledge of the name located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and paid KRW 50,000, such as the liquor value, by presenting the NAC’s debit card to the victim as if it were the Defendant’s debit card and signing the sales slip.
C. At around 01:07 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) took a taxi operated by the victim, whose name cannot be known on the front side of the above restaurant; (b) took a taxi in front of the above restaurant; and (c) paid KRW 3,840 to the taxi cost by presenting the NAC’s debit card to the victim as if the Defendant was a debit card and signing the sales slip.
The Defendant, at around 01:17 on the same day, her name in the Jung-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, was talked in the “Grogate,” in which the name of the Defendant was unknown, and was demoted as above.
