1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a juristic person established by the consolidation of the Korean Amateur and the Korean Amateur Athletic Association for the purpose of promoting school sports, promoting sports for all, protecting the Olympic Games, etc., and the Korean Amateur Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Amateur Association”).

(2) The Plaintiff is a member competition organization of the Defendant. 2) The Plaintiff is working as a sports leader, member of the Council, sports director, and managing director of the Mesing Association B, and a member of the Mesing sport team of Korea.

On March 11, 2015, the Korean Uniforms Association held a statutory punishment committee and 10 years’ suspension of qualifications against the Plaintiff on the grounds that the Plaintiff aided and abetted the act of the judgment during the competition. 2) The Plaintiff requested reexamination of the disciplinary decision under the foregoing 1). The Korean Uniforms Association’s board of directors decided on the suspension of qualifications for eight years due to the disciplinary action following the reexamination on June 5, 2015. The grounds for disciplinary action notified the Plaintiff at the time are as follows (hereinafter the grounds for disciplinary action 1 to 4 are referred to as “1 to 4 grounds for disciplinary action”; and, in general, it is referred to as “instant grounds for disciplinary action.”

5. Grounds for Disciplinary Action on June 5, 2015
