The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The defendant is a non-government non-profit sports organization established pursuant to Article 33 of the National Sports Promotion Act, incorporated by the Korea Sports Association established pursuant to Article 33 of the Korea Sports Promotion Act and the Korea Sports Promotion Association established pursuant to Article 7 of the Korea Sports Promotion Act. 2) The Korea Taekwondo Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Taekwondo Association") is the defendant's member business group, B (hereinafter referred to as "B") is the defendant's member business group in the region, and the Korea Taekwondo Association is a non-profit sports organization belonging to the Korea Taekwondo Association.

3) The Plaintiff was elected as the Chairperson in the B Taekwondo Association’s election, which took effect on June 24, 2016. (b) B Taekwondo Association, which took effect on June 24, 2016, (i) B Taekwondo Association’s election in integration with B Taekwondo Sports Association’s election on June 24, 2016, and (ii) was conducted by granting all voting rights to Taekwondo instructors within B, for whom a report on the registration of sports hall business was made pursuant to the Installation and Utilization of Sports Facilities Act.

2) On June 24, 2016, the Plaintiff acquired 47 marks among 89 marks in the election of the president of the Taekwondo Association, and acquired 39 marks from among 8 marks. The Plaintiff was elected as the president. The key contents of the Articles of Association related to the instant provision are as indicated in the attached Table, the Articles of Association of Korea Sports Council, the members of the Korea Sports Association, the Association of Sports Regulations, the Articles of Association of Taekwondo Association, the president of the Korea Sports Association, the Regulations on the Election Management of the president of the Korean Sports Association, and the recommendations on the election regulations for the president of the member sports associations. D. A person selected as the president of the Bae Association, a City/Do-type sports organization, pursuant to Article 39(2) of the Articles of Association of the Korea Sports Association, Article 35(1) of the B Regulations, and Article 33(1) of the Articles of Association of the Korea Taekwondo Association, and submitted them to the Korean Sports Association, which was a City/Do-style sports Association.
