Basic Facts

As the National Sports Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 13246, Mar. 27, 2015; Act No. 13246, Mar. 28, 2016) was implemented, the former Korea Sports Council and the Korea Sports Council were incorporated into the Korea Sports Council. Then, the former Korea Sports Council and the Korea Sports Council were incorporated into the Korea Sports Council.

Accordingly, the Gyeongnam-do Sports Association also promoted the integration of the EM belonging to the Gu Association and the Gyeongnam-do Sports Association under its control, and the "Integrated Promotion Committee" was organized for the purpose of establishing the defendant's organization combining the above two organizations.

The plaintiffs are the chairpersons of each Si/GunF Association, who are the representatives of the defendant.

On December 1, 2016, the integrated promotion committee, including the defendant's inaugural general meeting, held the defendant's inaugural general meeting.

The Integrated Promotion Committee adopted each resolution on the following matters: ① The name of the organization at the above inaugural general meeting: ② the defendant’s articles of association and the regulations on the election management for the chairperson; ③ the election plan for the chairperson at the meeting; ④ the election of the chairperson at the meeting at the meeting at the meeting at the extraordinary meeting.

At the third meeting held on the same day, the Integrated Promotion Committee selected G, H, I, J, K, and L as the members of the election commission for the defendant's election of the chairman.
