Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 1271] On July 20, 2015, the Defendant, at around 12:10 on July 20, 2015, used the gap in the “E” operated by the victim D at the time of the game show, which was in the display stand, thereby cutting off seven cuts equivalent to the total market price of KRW 1,296,00, which is the victim’s ownership.
