A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On March 13, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court on August 21, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 21, 2019.

"2019 Highest 5774"

1. On August 8, 2019, at around 14:49, the Defendant stolen, on August 8, 2019, 14: (a) around August 14:49, 2019, at the “E” precious metal shop for the victim D operation of Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu, Incheon, the victim caused conversations with other customers; and (b) was stolen by taking off 14K ebbs equivalent to the total market value of the victim’s ownership kept in the display stand, in which the victim’s ebbbs amounted to 1.0 million won.

2. On August 11, 2019, at around 14:40 on August 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with “H” precious metal from the operation of the Victim G G in the B World set forth in paragraph (1) B (F) around August 11, 2019; and (b) committed theft by taking 14K epibs equivalent to the total market value of the victim’s possession in storage in the display belt, with the victim’s crebs in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected by making conversations with other customers.

3. On August 18, 2019, at around 14:07 on August 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with “K” precious metal store operated by the victim JA in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; (b) caused the crepan of surveillance by the victim’s conversations with other customers; and (c) committed a theft by taking 14K epibs equivalent to the total market price of the victim’s possession in the display belt, which is the sum of 90,000 won.

At around 14:20 on May 30, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s 'OO' store located on the first floor of the LO building in Bupyeong-si on May 30, 2019 with a 700,000 won of the market price displayed at that place.

On August 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:40 on August 14, 2019, the Defendant: (b) at Q sales stores operated by the Victim P in Seocheon-si, Nacheon-si; (c) at Q sales stores operated by the Victim P; and (d) at the display stand, there was one 14 K goldbb, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 400,000,000, which was displayed on the other display stand.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 7203" shall be May 2019.
