Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, on May 2013, the Defendant purchased a siren car from a person who is unable to know the name in front of the Macheon Terminal located in the Mine-si, Gwangju, and did not apply for the registration of transfer within 15 days from that time.

The Defendant, not the owner of the said sirens, was not entrusted by the owner C with matters concerning the operation, etc. of the motor vehicle. On March 3, 2016, the Defendant operated the said Brenstop vehicle from around approximately 5.5 km to the front road of the “Insurgium 21 (Surgdong)” located in the roads of his dwelling in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, for the first time, from the roads of his dwelling in Busan.

The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, who is the owner of the said rental car, and even when he was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road, the Defendant operated the said rental car without mandatory insurance in the same manner and at the same time and place as paragraph (2).
