Partial dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015) that was amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced October 1, 2015, with respect to delay damages, the portion cited by applying 15% per annum from the day after November 20, 2015, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the interest rate for delay damages, and the portion in excess is dismissed.
