A and B Imprisonment for six months, Defendant C and D, respectively, shall be punished by imprisonment for three months.

However, as to the Defendants, this is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

From November 23, 2010, 20 members of the FF Trade Union Jeju Headquarters, including the Defendants, were illegally installed in India, which is linked to Jeju City, and used them as agricultural growth to solve the issues of labor and management issues.

In front of the above Do government office, the Defendants: (a) accumulated three wooden sub-boards (1.5 x 1.5 m) in front of the above Do government office; (b) delivered them over the name of vinyl and tent by covering various cooking utensils, bedclothess, and a wooden fire fighters in order to illegally use them; and (c) the Jeju City Mayor instructed the Defendants to voluntarily remove the things placed on the top of three occasions, but the Defendants refused to comply with it without justifiable grounds.

Around 09:30 on March 23, 2011, Jeju Mayor had public officials under his jurisdiction remove the said illegally placed objects by administrative vicarious execution, and the Defendants and members of the FF Trade Union prevent the public officials from carrying out the vicarious execution for the purpose of obstructing the vicarious execution. Defendant A, while carrying out the dangerous objects in his name, threatens four persons, such as G, who are public officials in the process of carrying out the removal stand, by putting each item of the dangerous objects in hand on hand, and threatening four persons, including G, etc., who are public officials in the process of carrying out the removal stand. Defendant B threatens three public officials, etc. in the process of carrying out the removal stand in the site. Defendant B threatens three persons, such as H, who are public officials in the process of carrying out the removal stand in the site. Defendant C threatened a public official, etc., who was a public official in the process of carrying out the removal of the wood banner, and interferes with the quality of the vicarious execution.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly interfered with the legitimate administrative execution of the above public officials.
