Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is in charge of the organization of the F Trade Union G Committee, Defendant B is the head of the F Trade Union Organization Office, Defendant C and Defendant D are members of the F Trade Union G Committee.

The Defendants had the intent to enter the National Assembly to call for an assembly or demonstration in order to urge the prompt enactment of the Act for the Reinstatement of discharged public officials belonging to the FMM to the National Assembly.

1. A person who violates the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) committed a pedago or demonstration at the National Assembly office building without permission, or attaching or using posters, flagpoles, placards, placards, diskettes, and other signs (Article 5 subparag. 4 of the Regulations on the Management of National Assembly Building). The Defendants, on February 15, 2013, set up a blick and the National Assembly, stating the phrase “FF Workers’ Union to go back to the site,” stating the phrase “FF Workers’ Union to go back to the site,” and “the National Assembly,” in order to cover the banner (a 3m, length 12m Ga) under the Special Act on the Defladation of the Reflador’s Reflater’s Reflater, etc. by entering the National Assembly building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, with a taxi in advance, and set up the above square under the Special Act on the Deflading of the Pream.

Accordingly, the defendants jointly intruded on the structures managed by the Speaker of the National Assembly.

2. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;

Nevertheless, on February 15, 2013, from around 14:38 to 14:43 at the same time, the Defendants wear a sculpture stating the phrase “FF trade union back to the site” in front of the headquarters of the National Assembly of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City and the National Assembly hall, which is prepared in advance.
