Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around October 2014, the Defendant received a request from the J, a foreign illegal entry hub, to the effect that “Egypt, as if he had a business relationship with the Korean business entity, would allow K to enter the Republic of Korea by falsely inviting him to enter the Republic of Korea.” The Defendant, a business entity of the Defendant, prepared a false letter of invitation as if he invited the above K to enter the above business entity of the said J, and the said K, who was sent to the saidK through M of Egypt residing in the Egypt, known to be a business relationship, presented a false letter of invitation to enter the Republic of Korea. On October 25, 2014, the J sent it to the said K and received it through M residing in the Egypt, which was located in the Egypt, Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
Accordingly, the Defendant invited the said K in collusion with the above M, J, and K to enter the Republic of Korea by unlawful means, and obstructed the public official in charge of the above entry inspection by fraudulent means from that time to November 27, 2014, the Defendant, as well as through fraudulent means, invited a total of 10 Egypts to enter the Republic of Korea or to refuse entry by inducing them to enter the Republic of Korea, or by allowing them to enter the Republic of Korea by unlawful means, and obstructed the public official in charge of the entry inspection by fraudulent means more than six times in total, such as 1 to 5, and 10 of the daily list of crimes.
