A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a request from C residing in Egypt that “D, who wishes to be employed in Korea, may enter Korea by false invitation as if it had business relations with the Korean business entity; (b) prepared a false invitation letter as D in the name of the domestic business entity secured through E, which was known to the general public, as if it had been the said business entity’s name; (c) delivered it to the said D through the said C; and (d) presented the said D’s false invitation letter to enter Korea on July 20, 2013 to the Incheon, Jung-gu Airport at the airport of Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, to the public official in charge of entry inspection at the seat of the Incheon International Airport at the seat of 272, as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above C and E, invited the above D to enter the Republic of Korea by unlawful means, and interfered with the public official in charge of the above entry inspection by fraudulent means, and from that time, the Defendant invited 87 collections to enter the Republic of Korea by unlawful means, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, and obstructed the public official in charge of the entry inspection by means of fraudulent means from May 24, 2015. By May 24, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the execution of duties regarding the entry inspection by the public official in charge of the entry inspection by fraudulent means during the total period of 71 times, including the list of crimes in the attached Table.
