Reasons
Punishment of the crime
D) On August 2013, 2013, D received a proposal from “E”, a foreigner of Egypt nationality, known to be a business relationship, that “I would invite foreigners of Egypt nationality who wish to be employed in Korea to enter Korea as if they had a business relationship with Korean enterprises, and would be 1.6 million won per capita if they would be allowed to enter Korea.” After accepting the proposal, I would like to request the Defendants, who are the land, to prepare a false letter of invitation in the name of the business operated by them, and deliver it to foreigners of Egypt nationality.
1. Defendant A
A. On December 4, 2014, the Defendant, who operated Egypt’s business at a place where it is unknown on November 2014, 2014, had the Defendant, who was operating Egypt’s business, prepare a false invitation letter as if the foreign G of Egypt nationality in the said F’s name was the said FF’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’, and had G deliver it to G through “E”, and had G enter the Incheon International Airport entry examination place located at the Incheon Jung-gu Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, China, presented a false invitation letter of entry inspection and enter the Republic of Korea.
Accordingly, in collusion with D, the defendant invited G to enter the Republic of Korea by illegal means, and interfered with the public official in charge of the entry inspection in the above entry inspection by deceptive means.
B. On December 9, 2014, the crime committed on December 2014, D had the Defendant prepare a false invitation letter in the said F’s name as if the foreign HH of Egypt nationality was the said F F’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’, and had H deliver it to H via “E”, and had H enter the Republic of Korea, around December 9, 2014, at the Incheon Jung-gu Airport Entry Screening site located in the Incheon Jung-gu Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, presented a false invitation letter of entry inspection issued as above.
