A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 3, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving the instant vehicle by mixing it with the area of the roof park room in front of the Seocho-gu, Yang-dong, Yang-si, Yang-si, Yang-si, Sinsi, under the influence of alcohol by 0.129% of the blood alcohol concentration without obtaining a motorcycle license.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the Defendant forged each one of the voluntary written consent to conduct, the written consent to conduct from the principal driver, and the written report on the status of the principal driver, which is a private document related to the certification of facts.

4. The Defendant, at the time, and at a place specified in Paragraph (3) and at the same time, exercised the forged voluntary written consent, the junish driver’s license report, and the junish driver’s license report as if they were duly formed.
