A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 11, 201, the Defendant was driving a cing-con vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.078% without a car driver’s license at a section of about 40km from the 40km section to the Sinan-Eup located in the Sinan-si in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Airport on the grounds of the violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) around 22:44 on May 11, 201.
2. Around 22:47 on the same day as Paragraph 1, the Defendant signed and sealed the Defendant’s name, a senior driver, a senior driver’s report, a senior driver’s report, a senior driver’s report, and a driver’s column in order to verify that the Defendant was arrested in the act of drinking at the same place.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant forged D's signature, and issued the above confirmation document, the principal driver's license report, and the report on the status of the driver's license to the police officer F and the assistant G, who is aware of such fact.
3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person holding the pertinent agreement.
No automobile owner shall operate an automobile with no mandatory insurance.
Nevertheless, the defendant operated a monitoring agreement car which is not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as Paragraph 1.
