Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On July 12, 2007, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million with a fine of KRW 1 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on March 26, 2008. 【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on at least two occasions; (b) driven a c125cc mixed camb while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, at a section of approximately 500 meters from the Macheon-dong in Songpa-gu, Seoul to the front day of the Cheongcheon-ro in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, about 90-27, the Defendant driven a c 125cc mixed camb while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 20:10 on July 29, 2013, the Defendant operated a Cheongcheon-dong, a vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 500 meters away from Sungcheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to Cheongcheon-dong, 90-27, Macheon-dong, Macheon-dong, Macheon-gu, Seoul.
