A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced by the Jeonju District Court on May 13, 2015 to imprisonment with prison labor for forgery of private documents, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju prison on May 20, 2016.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant committed the following crimes because of intelligence, abstract thinking function, impulse adjustment ability, social adaptation ability, degradation of real judgment ability, behavior disorder, etc., and thus, the Defendant committed the following crimes.

1. On September 30, 2016, the Defendant, at around 10:50 on September 30, 2016, was in possession of the mobile phone agent called “D” located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul, with no authority, for the purpose of exercising the right. The Defendant, without authority, was in possession of the false language “D” to the owner of the business, to use it as a small product of the MBC compcom.”

On September 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased tobacco equivalent to KRW 4,500 in the market price at H Et, from around 11:55, 201 to the victim I’s operation; and (b) issued one copy of the forged 50,00 won as if it were genuine and has been destroyed; and (c) as such, the Defendant issued one copy of the forged 50,00 won as if it were genuine.
