Punishment of the crime

Around 02:55 on February 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault at the Defendant’s hand floor of the victim at one time, on the ground that: (b) the Defendant, from the Defendant’s home, went out to the outside to drink with the victim and return home with the victim; and (c) the victim, after the victim’s riding on the driver’s seat in the front seat of the vehicle, made an inquiry about the male relationship with the victim; (d) the victim made a sexual humiliation; and (e) the victim made the sound, “I am sexual bom, I am off, I am off” and “I am off from the vehicle, I am the victim’s left side buck.”
