A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

and the facts constituting the cause of the attachment order [criminal facts]

1. On March 22, 2011, around March 22, 2011, the Defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter “Defendant”) entered the apartment to return to the apartment where the victim C (the age of 13) located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government was living in around 17:50 on March 22, 201.

The defendant, along with the victim and the elevator, threatened the victim to get off the victim to nine floors, and forced the victim to take off the victim's shoulder, and forced the victim to get off the victim's sloping, and promptly put the victim's sexual organ into the victim's injury.

As a result, the defendant invaded another person's residence and forcedly committed similar acts to the victim who is a child or juvenile.

2. On September 23, 2013, around September 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) finished driving school classes in the vicinity of the victim D (the age of 12) located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) threatened the victim with the victim’s shouldering of returning home at his/her residence; and (c) led the victim to the stairs between the second and third floors of multi-household housing, leading the victim to the second and third floors of multi-household housing; (d) exceeded the victim’s inner organ; and (e) cut the victim’s sexual organ rapidly with the victim’s hand, and marks the Defendant’s sexual organ.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the minor victim under 13 years of age.

3. On May 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on May 13, 2014, when the victim E (the age of 14) in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government resided in the apartment, and went back to the victim who entered the apartment to return home.

The defendant threatened the victim and the elevator to get off the victim to the 14th floor by threatening the victim to "salping", and forced the victim to get off the victim's will, forced by moving the victim to the stairs on the rooftop, and attempted to prompt the victim's sexual organ.
