Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2007, the Defendant driven a blood alcohol concentration of 0.100% with 0.10% under the influence of alcohol level B, and proceeded with approximately 200 meters from the vicinity of GStet in the Hayang-dong, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu to the front end of the earth station located in 407-8, Goyang-dong, Goyang-gu.

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
