Around 00:22 on November 5, 2008, the Defendant drafted a private document and forged private document: (a) when he was arrested as an offender in the act of drinking on the road in front of the wood driver; (b) the Defendant sent the resident registration number C of the same workplace that was out of office to be exempted from punishment; (c) was arrested as an offender in the act of committing an act of committing an offense; (d) was arrested as a police officer after having finished his resident registration number; (e) the gist of the offense; (e) the reason for arresting a flagrant offender; and (e) was notified that he could request a review of legality of arrest and detention; and (e) confirmed that he was given an opportunity to defend himself; (e) the Defendant stated C’s name on the side of the confirmation document in the name of the driver in C; and (e) the driver’s column of the driver’s report on detection of the driver; and (e) submitted the certificate to the police officer for forgery of the certificate; and (e) forged the certificate.
