Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and ten months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.
However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Attachment] On August 16, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for ten months and four months at the Seoul Central District Court for the violation of the Narcotics Control Act, and completed the execution of the said sentence on May 16, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
Even if the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they dealt with psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related telephones (hereinafter referred to as “clograms”) as follows:
1. Defendant A
A. At around 00:03 on March 26, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 100,000 to F, and received KRW 0.14g from F, the Defendant paid KRW 100,000 to F, and approximately KRW 0.14g, which is contained in the one-time injection device, from F. 27:02:41 on March 27, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 100,00 to F, and received approximately KRW 0.14g from F.

B. At around 01:00 on April 1, 2014, the Defendant received philophones without compensation, the Defendant saw 604 Hmototo G in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as one-time injection device containing philophones.
2. The Defendants A and B conspired to administer philophones as follows. A.
Defendant
A around 00:30 on March 26, 2015, around H20:30, put approximately 0.09 ghopon into a single-use injection machine, melting water with water, and continuously melting approximately 0.05 gopon into a single-use injection machine, and melting it as water, and then in Defendant B’s arms and legs.
B. At around 18:00 on March 27, 2015, Defendant A put approximately 0.09ghphones into a single-use shield, melting water with water, and continuously melted approximately 0.05g of phiphones into a single-use shield, and melting them into a water with water.
C. Defendant A, around 02:00 on April 1, 2015, 201, hhophones No. 604 on Hmotour.
