Punishment of the crime
[Attachment] On November 8, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on January 8, 2012, and completed the execution of the said sentence on July 7, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated psychotropic drugs-related Mepters (hereinafter referred to as “ponopon”) as follows:
1. Crimes committed on December 2, 2014;
A. On December 2014, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 200,000 to D in the vicinity of D’s residence located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) received approximately KRW 0.24g from D in the part of a single-use injection device.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.
B. On December 2014, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 200,000 from F in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul E building 702, the Defendant’s residence of the Defendant; and (b) covered F with approximately 0.14g of Handphones.
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.
C. On December 2014, the Defendant injected philophones into the philophone 0.1g of philophones in a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the following arms with water.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
2. A crime committed on March 2, 2015;
A. At around March 2, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 400,000 to 17:30,000 to 17:30,00 from 17:0,000 to 2:0,000 from 17:8,000 to 3:0,000,000 from D to 0.8g from D.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.
B. The Defendant, who administered philophones, is the Defendant.
2. Around 18:00, the Defendant’s Gpoter 0.07g philopon was placed in a one-time shielder and melted with water in the following arms, which was stopped at a high speed of 18:00.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
C. On March 2, 2015, the Defendant holding a phiphone, who was stopped on the front side of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (H) around 19:35.
