A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On February 5, 2013, around 15:55, the Defendant purchased and sold 200,000 won from E in the alley near D's clothing store located in Busan Seo-gu, and approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs, Mebamins (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as "philophones") and purchased and sold 2 Mebaculs, one of which contain approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs.

2. The Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophones into water in a single-use injection machine, and then injected them into the E arms blood cells, and subsequently injected them with approximately 0.05g of philophones into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to administer philophones.

3. On May 26, 2013, at around 12:40, the Defendant purchased and sold a single dives injection machine with 200,000 won from E in a house located in the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and containing phiphones.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above 3, injected in water in a single philopon, and injected in a single philopon, and then injected in the Defendant’s arms blood cells with approximately 0.05 grams of philopon, and then injected in the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with E to administer philophones.

5. The Defendant, from around 21:00 on July 21, 2013 to around 05:00 on July 22, 2013, entered 0.3g of philophonephones purchased from I in the guest room located in Seo-gu G in Busan, into a single-use injection machine over two occasions, melted with water, and injected them into the blood cells, respectively.
