Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on February 14, 2019 to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny at night in the Support of the Daejeon District Court on February 14, 2019, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 22, 2019, and is currently under suspended sentence.

1. At night, at around 23:52 on February 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim C’s residence located in Dong-Eup-si B; (b) opened a locked door of DK7 car owned by the victim; and (c) cut off in cash at the back of the said car; and (d) stolen KRW 5 million in cash in the same manner as indicated in attached Table Nos. 1 through 7, Nos. 9 through 29, from June 2019 to February 21, 2020; and (b) cut off cash of KRW 848,80,000 from the victims’ possession over 28 times in total, by impairing the victim’s dwelling or management at night.
2. From October 2019 to November 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door which was parked in Asan City E on the road front of the Victim F’s house located in Asan City; and (b) removed in cash KRW 100,000,000 in front of the said road; and (c) cut off the said door.
3. Attempted larceny;
A. On December 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened and attempted to steal the property by opening a door that was parked in the victim’s J car owned by the victim located in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) but did not intend to discover money, etc. from the wind before the victim I’s house located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu; and (c) attempted to do so.
B. On December 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a duct in front of the victim L’s house located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) attempted to steal property by opening a door that was parked therein; (c) but failed to discover money, etc., the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime.
4. Around 01:00 around 01:0, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, at night, at the victim’s residence located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
