The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 2233"
1. Larceny;
A. At around 05:51 on October 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the said car parked in the parking lot in front of the 245 Incheon Central Credit Union, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) opened a door of the said car without a locking and locking it; and (c) cut off one of the victim D’s unclaimed market prices, including 170,000 won in cash, and one copy of the Agricultural Credit Card.
B. On the 29th day of the same month, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the said car that was parked in the area, and did not lock the said car; and (b) stolen the said car with one KRW 100,000,000 in cash; (c) a new bank crow card; and (d) one of the victim L, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000 won.
2. Fraud and the Defendant in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 08:57 on October 20, 2015, at the OE point of the operation of the victim N in Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul; (b) as if there was a legitimate right to use the stolen agricultural credit card, such as paragraph (a) of 1, deceiving the victim; (c) received from the victim a tobacco amounting to KRW 4,500 of the market price at the seat; and (d) paid the price with the said card until May 3, 09:
